      I have a question the new smart app that let's you track transactions on your cards. Why is this not part of the mobile app. Don't like the fact I have to use 2 apps when one should be able to cover the functions of both. Now if the new smart card app is not a real legitimate app that's different. I like the thought just wish it was all one app.

      Tonya, thank you so much for your review! We are excited to offer the Smart Card app for managing debit and credit cards. The two systems are split to allow smoother and faster app processing. However, they do function together. You can directly access the Smart Card app through the Mobile Money app (located on the "Accounts" screen, under "Quick Links", click on "My Cards").       My first experience with credit unions was with Fort Lee in 2001 when I arrived in the states from Europe- I had been here before but never thought I would return but when I did- I knew exactly where to go for ALL my banking, loans and at that time Christmas Club. I started my daughter off with this credit union when she turned 18 and now she is 34 and we both bank here. Love the staff, customer service and family atmosphere- I'm going for the Gold in September 2021 I will celebrate 20 yrs with Fort Lee Federal Credit Union! Awesome financial institution!

      I was excited about changing to this credit union however, since I have began using them for direct deposit I have had problems with them releasing my money to pay my bills. It's so hot in there , everyone is so sad, and it's only 2 tellers working while you wait without air conditioner. I don't feel safe because, there is no 24 hour access and my bills come first always. I'm so upset that I have to take my time to go and scout out a new bank. The mood is so disturbing. I do have a shout out to Abby she's very nice. They need some team work to build morale, work on 24 hour access, stop holding money after saying it's available, hire some happy tellers, and turn the air conditioner on for God's sakes.. Disappointed ain't the word:( Also, the online banking is moody as well it works on occasions which does'nt help me at all..lol

      Machines are out dated. You can’t even make a cash deposit and it be immediately available to you. You have to put the cash in an envelope just to make the deposit. For those wanting to open an account beware! Business would be better if they got better machines.

      Visited to get a personal loan after a death in the family, lost of income and being hospitalized for septic shock twice. Was told my credit score of 524 needed to be at least 620. Paid off 6 of 7 credit cards eating ramen noodles, lost 70 lbs and built credit to a 658 the past year. Got turned down again due to a late payment last August. Then I was presented with some Enron/Bernie Madoff/Arthur Anderson scam that if I wanted to borrow a thousand dollars I just had to put up a thousand dollars. Then the interest would be only 3% and I could use that for my needs. Maybe it converted US dollars to space dollars or bit coins or something? Maybe I just do not understand banking and should live in a van down by the river?
