  I would never go anywhere else for a mortgage! Feliks and his entire team including Kristin and Carmen were an absolute pleasure to work with.   Feliks and his team are the best of all. He is very knowledgeable of mortgage terms and always responsive and very patient to answer all of my questions. At closing, numbers were off and no one would want to figure out where the difference is but he stood strong for my husband and me as first time buyers and figured out the discrepancy. You can't find this person cares so much for his clients ! Rate is amazing too ! We are truly appreciated all efforts and help from Feliks and his team!

  Had a terrible experience with this mortgage broker for my Buyer from their 3rd Avenue Branch in Brooklyn. We were originally dealing with Michael Friedrich and then Jamie Adesso was handling the loan process. We had been under contract for over five weeks, had received conditional loan approval several weeks ago. We were supposed to close last Friday, extended to tomorrow, and lender denied the loan the day before closing! Response on the denial letter was “income to debt ratio“ this should have been looked at prior to even doing a preapproval letter. The loan processor that we were dealing with, Jamie Adesso, would not always respond to our emails and when she did, she was rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately, Michael Friedrich was also copied on emails and never responded. At this time, I am negotiating the Release of Escrow as the lender missed the 'loan commitment deadline' and could end up costing my Buyer up to $10,000 of his escrow deposit. This is why realtors suggest potential buyers use the lenders they are familiar with. Would not recommend this company.

  Thank goodness for the very hard work put in by Linda, Jamie and Michael, my Dream Team! My refi was finally closed. Without their diligent hard work, working at all hours of the day and night, I don't think this would have happened. Thank you guys for all of your help, effort and determination to help me. As a Realtor, I was referring clients to different lenders then I ended up working a deal with Steve and Feliks whom my clients wanted to use as lenders. After seeing them work as lenders and how they were on top of everything, they closed the deal so quickly and so honestly that it made me want to start referring my clients to them. They help my clients find the best loan available and that’s what makes them different then the rest. They would rather help my clients save money rather than make more money in their pockets.   Best mortgage brokers out there. I made a phone call, provided some information and my options were explained to me right away. As soon as I was ready to make an offer they send me a pre approval letter within an hour. My progress was monitored constantly and all my questions were answered fast. I’m now the owner of the best house in NJ. Thank you Feliks, you’re awesome.
