Monique Revely1This bank is awful!i have had so many issues with this bank. Paperwork not being sent over in proper timing which causes an inconvenience for the customer. They really don’t care. Incompetent as heck! This company don't care about people and how they conduct business. They cause things and blame the customers. Awful attitudes and horrible customer service.

Ed Colorado1Maybe it’s this branch don’t waste your time here!!! I’m not sure why I keep using this bank!!! I spent 30 min sitting in the waiting area, as folk walked in and they got pulled into offices. While for a fact I have been there before the last two walk-ins. Tip on customer service; is that if you have returning clients and they walk back in; let the customer in front of them know and ask can they continue to wait for the next attendant. Everyone that walked in was a retiree, I am a retiree also but I HAVE TO STILL work for a living so my time is limited. This has been the 3rd time i have attempted to see a representative and nothing. 100% sure I’m changing banks this week I’ve been a customer for over 28 years and still nothing. It’s why you lose clients daily.
