  I met with your planner, Danny Thai, even though I had done some research, I had a few questions from the information that was on your website. He was very thorough in explaining all the details about Forest Lawn. We looked at some properties & was happy with the choices he offered. Also, during the payment process & understanding the contract, he totally explained everything. He also said he was available 24/7 when he gave me his business card & that if anything comes to mind I could always run it by him. I consider this top notch service & can't thank you & him enough for taking care of my future needs. THANK YOU!!

  Thinking about every detail on moments like these are difficult. Thank you so much Robert K. That help us get my father transferred from Vegas to Hollywood! And allowing my dad to have live music as he was buried. The patience Robert put up with and all of my questions being answered is what customer service is all about!! Highly praised, and a month later still need his assistance to get his name tablet ready! Thank you all the staff at Forest Lawn for this smooth transaction.

  From our first meeting with our counselor Frank we were guided through the process with empathy and professionalism. The process was as simple as can be expected under the circumstances. Any questions we had were answered in a timely manner. All of the staff are very respectful and go out of their way to ensure that your experience is positive and is one that will be remembered. I am very grateful for my experience with Forest Lawn Hollywood Hills and all of the staff there. God Bless you.

  I met with Hovig Mahserejian. As a representative of the Forest Lawn facility, I could not have asked for anyone better. I purchased a burial plot and acquired burial planning services. I work in the sales industry so I was particularly impressed with my experience because I showed up with no appointment to actually address a different issue with my parents' plot. I was also wearing the oldest sweats that I own and was not necessarily properly put together. It's been my experience in the sales industry that people will make assumptions about what your financial means may be based on your appearance. They can express extreme irritation when someone shows up without an appointment. That was not the case with him. He was knowledgeable, kind, tactful and respectful of whatever financial means I might have had at my disposal. We all have to make a living but he really envisions himself as an advisor in this process. I recommend him highly and this facility to anyone wishing to begin this process.

  Jose Martinez gave us so much help when we couldn't find my Friend's Mother. He cleaned the grass around her marker and sprayed it with an oil the brought back the shine and sparkle! He also gave us the info to find their Grandmother at the Glendale Forest Lawn We appreciate all his kindness and thoughtfulness!

  This place disappoints me if I knew how ignorant they are...I would unbbury my family if I had the money we picked this place for the multicultural displays. Me and my family spent lots of money here. They lied to us said that site is permanent! They DESTROYED IT! This bothers me .

  Dear Mr. Estrada, Thank you, for your recent review on Google. I appreciate your thoughts and hope that my response will address your concerns. I am unsure of your comments regarding the site being permanent. If the space is occupied by an individual, then they will not be removed, unlike other cemeteries in other countries that may remove someone after a set amount of years. As for your concern about multicultural displaces, if you are referring to our decoration policy it is very common for a cemetery to post guidelines for decorating so the cemetery does not look cluttered.   I've been trying to lay my loved one to rest for over a month and every time I get assigned an advisor to make arrangements with me, he or she disappears off the face of the earth. First, someone screwed up the names on the deed of our burial plot. Then no one called me on the day of the burial, as promised. Then I found out that a head stone or tablet had never been ordered, so I started working with someone else on that, and she suddenly stopped communicating with me. I called to find out if she ever submitted my order, and the gal on the phone asked if I was even contacting the right cemetery after she had just verified that my loved one was buried there and after she acknowledged that my advisor worked there. She promised to call me "right back" and disappeared off the face of the earth. I think the graves are swallowing up their personnel. Pretty soon we are going to have to dig our own graves because they won't be providing any services. Would anybody at this place like to make some money? I'd love to pay for a head stone, but I can't get any service.
