  I am a small business owner, and the burden for getting a mortgage is much higher for business owners than W2 employees. Tressa got me a great mortgage when many other people couldn't. Tressa was always honest about the progress of the application, and she delivered on everything she promised. The least stressful mortgage process I have ever had! Thank you, Tressa!

  I worked with Tressa last year on a mortgage, and this year on a refinance, and both experiences have been excellent. The process is long and often tedious, but Tressa and her team always put in the work to make sure it's as easy as possible on my end. My case is always complicated because I'm an entertainment professional with a lot of freelance work (not something the mortgage process if friendly with), but Tressa always problem solves and gets ahead of possible issues to make sure we have everything in order to get approved. I've recommended her personally to a few friends, and I'll continue to!

My experience was 100% positive and I highly recommend her to anyone who needs to refinance or finance a home as a trustworthy, hardworking, and communicative. She is also super friendly creating a no pressure atmosphere while providing a complete picture of what to expect through the refinance process.
