  In October of 2021 we went in search of a mortgage lender who had experience and knowledge with our situation with my husband being in the union. I can't even begin to describe the professionalism that Cheng and her team showed my husband and I throughout the entire process. Cheng worked hard to get us the best loan package available and kept us informed every step of the way. In fact my realtor said it was the easiest closing he has had as far as the loan process was concerned.
