  I have bought many Ford’s new over the years, and have leased many vehicles from other manufacturers. However, in this final business dealing with Ford I made the terrible mistake of leasing from Ford. ‘Red carpet’ more like red tape lease. Don’t fall for the tricks... Dishonest, cringe-worthy tactics from Ford. What an utter complete nightmare. The stores even know it’s a dumpster fire. Dealing with Ford near the end of a lease is like being on their leash, they’re a very greedy company that wants to make everything as difficult as possible for you to make the best decision and take the best action. I’ve sold plenty of leases near end of term and never ever had the type of atrocious experience I’ve had dealing with Ford. They’ve lost my business and while that may not mean much to them, it’s sad for me to have a moral obligation to no longer deal with a company I used to hold in such high regard. Too many manufacturers out there with their captive lenders that do honest business to justify dealing with an organization like Ford motor credit and by association Ford itself. So very disappointing.

  The employees have a very bad 👎 education. My truck was on a accident. Ford try to fix it. And they never get it right. Now they don't want to honor they warranty. And repossessed my truck when I almost finish it to pay. Keep away from this ford. I'm moving to dodge. Completely horrible services in all areas. Bad bad bad

  I've tried to call the Ford Motor Credit number several times to get a copy of our paid off truck's title. All I could ever get was a voicemail recording saying that due to high call volume, I should try my call later. I tried morning, afternoon, and right before the end of the workday, but I always got the same recording. They are too busy. Huh.

  Wish I could give Ford Credit a ZERO stars, tried to call them to set up a auto pay on new car purchase. Guess they are all out doing something other than answering calls. This can only get worse.

  I've paid off MANY vehicles in my years. This company has been the WORST company to deal with!! I've been going back and forth with this company for 2 weeks trying to pay off my freaking loan, and each time they can't accept my payment. In the mean time, my payoff has now gone up $2,000.....I am LIVID!!!

  I worked at ford credit and they made us work during the tornado warning. This company doesn’t care about their employees. This business center is a joke with some uneducated managers . Please stay away . They also lie to customers about sending titles . Most of their employees smoke weed in the parking lot too.

  Although Ford Motor Company can't get a part to one of its dealers in weeks, I was pleased at the response and handling from the General Manager at Five Star Ford. We were able to work out a resolution to the situation that was mutually acceptable.

  Do not use Ford credit for financing your vehicles. They will gladly take your money with the worst customer service I've ever seen.

  It doesn't matter how many loans you have had and have paid with Ford, if you need something from them you can forget about it. Ram all the way for now on!

  This is a Business Center. Not open to the public. Ford Motor Credit is for finance related servicing. Ford Motot Company is for manufacturing related servicing.
