  Mike was really helpful with answering all my questions. As a first time home buyer there was a lot I didn't understand about the process but Mike made it very easy for me. He was also very quick to respond whenever I needed something from him. I also used Caliber for my refinance and they made everything run smoothly.

  Joe was an amazing loan officer! During COVID-19, I was amazed with this lender's capability to adapt to new policies and changes that no other lenders were able to handle. Joe really listened to my needs and found me a loan program that made the purchase go through smoothly but also beneficial for me in the long term! I would DEFINITELY recommend.

Having been through the re-fi experience before, we know what can happen in the process, so we were very pleased with the way the Caliber team handled this one. Timely & relevant communications, excellent clarity in explaining the details of a complicated (for us) transaction, and remedies immediately taken when small problems occurred that could have delayed the process, Very friendly and supportive throughout- and of course special thanks to Rafael and Matt!

  Caliber Home Loans has came through again for me with my refinancing, and they put a wonderful person on the job of helping me through the process. Her name is Alexis Easterling and she’s a real pro not just a mindless impersonal human calculator. I’m sure some of you know the type you try to get a smile from them over the phone and nothing. Me and Alexis talked a lot about different things and did a lot of laughing while she figured out the best deal for me. With just a small increase in my monthly mortgage payment’s I received a nice chunk of cash. Which helped me pay off a large bill that’s been getting on my last nerve and also inch up my credit score a tad bit. Now my interest rate went up just a little but that’s cool, because she explained how the my next refinancing instead of going for any cash just go for a lower interest rate. Man it’s a win win for me and it kind of feels like I’m taking advantage of Caliber but it’s legal so who am I to argue. Thanks Alexis for the peace of mind. Look her up folks and start sleeping like a big baby 😌

  Update 1/20/21: Within 2 months of getting our loan, we started getting phone calls and letters about refinancing. Lots of them...even though we repeatedly told them we weren't interested. The phone calls finally stopped, but the letters continue - about 2-3/month. Waste of time and money, will not use this company again. Original review for loan process: Excellent customer service, timely follow-ups, no hassles throughout the process. Closing for the refinance happened on schedule, no problems and no last-minute surprises.
