  I first contacted Greenlight loans a.k.a-Nationstar Mortgage after receiving a flyer in the mail. I thought they were like all the other traditional financial institutions like Bank of America and even the credit unions; taking several months to refianance. Boy was I wrong. My experience with Greenlight/Nationstar was terrific. The process was quick and easy, it saved me time and money. I first spoke with Mimi Le, Mortgage Professional and she told me she would take care of me. At first I was hesitant, but Mimi indeed took good care of me and she made my experience with my first time refinancing a pleasurable one. Mimi Le and Lesley Fronjian, Closing Coordinator makes an excellent team. They were always prompt in returning my phone calls and were extremely pleasant to work with. The process was straight forward and surprisingly quick. If anyone is interested in refinancing, Greenlight loans/Nationstar is the way to go. I would without a doubt recommend Greenlight loans/Nationstar to my family and friends.

  Worst company to deal with. My mortgage went from Bank of America to Countrywide to this awful place. SIX months to refinance and still no closing. The good reviews here must be from employees shoe need their jobs, because they are the absolute worst. They are pros at misinformation and just making things up when you try to talk to a real person.

  I have financed three houses in my lifetime and refinanced loans on those houses several times. My recent experience with Greenlight loans in refinancing my existing house was the most positive experience I have had in dealing with a Mortgage company. In particular, Mimi Le and Joel Billeaudeaux were very professional and helped me every step of the way. They both worked to get my loan approved and funded. I can highly recommend Greenlight loans to anyone needing to purchase or refinance a home.

  When they took over my mortgage - I would have gave them a -10,,, the problems & communications were horrible. 3 months ago i contacted them & got Kendra helping me & answering my questions. After 2 years of craziness & miscommunication - they have helped i us SAVE our house. If you are having problems with your loan specialist.... contact Kendra to help you get those answers... We had special issues being in a rural area - she was able to get us answers & solutions for our special situations. Never give up... you can save your house too!!!

  Does anybody work at this company??? I have called there customer service line several times only to be sent into endless loops of options that get nowhere, only to be disconnected. I have even sent a letter to them and got no response. But, on cue every night at 6pm a sales person from Nationstar calls me and tries to sell me another type of loan...how about answering questions on my current loan buddy? Customer Service...? it should be called "No Customer Service". My next step is to contact the BBB and then the Alabama Attorney General's Office. My recommendation? Skip this company and find one that has a better track record when it comes to customer service!
