  Very bad sign when you get flyers in the mail from a bank (Foothills Bank) to open new accounts advertising FREE FREE FREE but there is not phone number listed online for the local branch and the phone number on the flyers are answered by a voicemail that sounds like a home answering machine and says "we are not available to take your call right now...please leave a message" just like an old fashioned answering machine. Put my $ with you guys? Um, NO. I already bank at one of our community banks and they always answer the phone. You know, like a professional business would.

  The worst bank ever Every time you go to the drive-through you're there 30 minutes or longer and there's only one car in front

  I’ve been banking here for approximately 6 years. Was a great local bank. Today is the first time I asked for a banking service and was told “That’s not gonna happen” when I needed some cashier checks. She didn’t have the time to provide me with service. I drove around and sat in the parking lot for 30 minutes. No customers went through the line. This employee doesn’t have the time to provide service to me. I don’t understand why I’m not as important as any other customer. Seems like they’re just a big name bank now who does not care about the small guy in the community. Hopefully a new local bank comes into the area. Spent an hour waiting in this banks parking lot on my lunch break. People don’t matter to this bank.

  Staff is friendly but refuses to let me deposit a two party check into my account Why can't they hold it until it clears?
