      Has one of the rudest and most disrespectful employees I have ever seen at a bank. And not just disrespectful to myself but also another poor customer just asking to talk to someone. Just Wow. She makes a mistake then instead of helping decides to get an attitude. Worst Chase experience ever!

      The customer service people at the counter are always difficult to deal with, they give me a hard time because they have to count my money. I thought that was there job to count money? I will be taking my business to mission bank, where they are always happy to count and deposit my hard earned tips.
