  I’ve had nothing but great experiences with Focus’ Menomonee Falls location over the years. They’ve always been really friendly and helpful. I can’t recommend this CU enough!

  I've been a member of focus for years, usually attend the one on 124 and Burleigh and never had an issue with any of the employees, they're all actually quite pleasant, friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the Menomonee falls location is a different story. I've been there a hand full of times and EVERY time everyone there has been beyond rude. I'm disgusted to be a member of a place that hires people who clearly hate their jobs and definitely don't take the time to say hi or bye to the members or make them even feel like "members"..I shouldn't have returned after dealing with the first ridiculous encounter but sadly this location is sometimes more convenient. I guess I'll go the few extra miles to the other location and get treated with respect..

  Knowledgeable, honest, and fun staff. I have always felt comfortable here. You've got to trust your bank and they have proven worthy!

  At Focus you are penalized for something that is out of your control. They will charge you a $15 card replacement fee if your account gets compromised. Being a victim of fraud is a painful enough experience that the additional fee is just wrong…

  I have been a Member at Focus for many years. Location is great and the staff is always friendly and helpful! Very happy with the service.

  This is by far the worst place to do business. At any point you go there they do not know what they are doing! The people are rude. They seem to forget who the customer is and are unwilling to help. Someone needs to change this. I have never been to a bank where they treat you so awful.
