  I don't often do Google Reviews, but I believe it is warranted in this case. We sought after Tri City for personal banking needs based on our experience with them regarding commercial services. We were recommended to talk with Tania Nabors. Tania was awesome from the jump! In a world where service is almost absent, and the personal touch rare, Tania brought a high level of competency and service to our process with her unique personal touch. She was responsive and engaging. The process was beyond smooth. She made us feel valued and valued our business. We highly recommend Tri City and look forward to working with them for our future banking needs.

  I have been banking at Tri City National Bank in Menomonee Falls for over 30 years now and I have never had a bad experience. The entire staff and management are very professional, friendly, and personable. They are very helpful and always go the extra mile to make sure my experience, whether in-person or through the drive up, is totally satisfactory. I have known Sandra for probably all the time I have been banking at Tri City and she is absolutely exceptional. I have recently met and dealt with some relatively new tellers, Tammy and Dave who are just as friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I will always be banking with Tri City in Menomonee Falls. If you aren't banking at Tri City in Menomonee you don't know what a great experience your missing.

  I do a lot of banking (personal and Gillitzer business) at #08 Menomonee Falls. Sad to see so much turn over in people the past year, miss the good ones. However Sandra still there and i LOVE her, best teller they have! Always helpful, pleasant, knowledgeable, treats you like family... Five Stars for SANDRA :)

  Had a wonderful experience today at Tri city bank. Sandra Herbst helped me wire money using western union. She is so efficient and always has patience with me every time I come in. She is friendly and knows her stuff and banking skills!

  I bank here at least once a day. Sandra and Tammy are both very personable and a pleasure to work with. Whether they are working the drive-thru or counter they have great people skills. Keep up the good work.

  Overall very professional - TriCity National Bank (Menomonee Fall #08) Tammy and Sandra are helpful and friendly. They are extremely courtesy and professional making sure every transaction is done with care and efficiency. As a customer I appreciate that.

  I got a horrible experience. So today I was treated absolutely horrible! I brought a lot of rolled coins because of the shortage the federal reserve informed us about. So the supervisor said that she can’t expect my coins. Obviously she was lazy to unroll them herself. So ok, I’m doing it myself. I asked her to give me scissors 3 times and no reaction. She pretended she didn’t hear me. Another teller a younger girl was wayyyy nicer and was willing to help. ANOTHER CUSTOMER was willing to help me but NOT the “supervisor”!!! Not the first time when “supervisors” at Tri city act so lazy!
