  We have been very satisfied customers of Cornerstone Community Bank for over 7 years.Whether we're doing banking online, financing or business that requires us to actually go to the bank, Cornerstone gets an A+! Though a smaller bank, the staff is professional, courteous and friendly. A recent mortgage transaction with Chris Boucher was effortless and timely. And the cookies in the lobby are always a welcomed treat! Highly recomended!!!

  I recently worked with Pat Buechler on refinancing my mortgage. I can't express enough what a wonderful experience it was to work with her on this! She was attentive, quick to respond to all of my questions, and just so pleasant to work with. I also interacted with Sonia who was just as nice! I highly recommend this bank to anyone, and will be moving all of my banking services to them. It's nice to know we have such a great community bank in our local area!

  Cornerstone was very easy to work with. In 2018, I worked with Chris Boucher and he was extremely knowledgeable and made the process seamless from the beginning. This time around, I worked with Pat Buechler. And, just like last time with Chris, Pat rose to the occasion. She was easy to work with, very responsive and provided excellent customer service! No task or challenge was too great. I will absolutely use Cornerstone again and would recommend them highly for banking needs or mortgage services.

  This is a wonderful bank with great employees and great service. There are many banks closer to my home, but it is worth the trip to Menomonee Falls. I like being greeted by name, I like the free coin counting and most of all I like the feeling of being of being a valued customer.

  My experience has been totally positive. Truly a "Community Bank" that works with small businesses to help us build our dreams. Friendliest staff you could imagine. They even know my dog, Sadie, by name! Sadie doesn't think they're a bank...she thinks they're a drive-thru doggie treat store! They're capable professionals, with friendly manners. Cornerstone does good things for the community, their prospects and their customers.

  Great customer service. The easiest refi of a home loan ever. Never wait for customer service. Extremely friendly and very convenient. Much better than we experienced at Chase.

  All the tellers are sooooooo friendly. Love their attitude and eagerness to please. Fantastic bank, fantastic people. The cookies are nice, too. 10/10/16--Still a wonderful place to bank, with very friendly people.
