Mona Lisa Battaglia2Customer service has gone down the drain in the past year unfortunately. You cannot reach anyone at the branch anymore. I called to inquire regarding a specific type of loan and I was given a sales pitch. We have been with Landmark for at least 10 years and for the first time, we are looking for a new bank. Additionally, I left a message with a second banker after the first banker could not answer specific questions. This was four weeks ago and I have still heard nothing. I am holding currently just to speak to a human being, to report fraud from a website and request a chargeback. I have already filed with the FTC and the State Attorney General. My final step is our bank. On hold for 15 min after I played run around with the menus to actually find out how to get a live agent-as that is no longer a menu option up front. Unbelievable.

Daniel Profio4Been a customer for about a year now. So far it has been a much better experience than Chase. My only problem is that a coupe times a year their Mobile App & Online Portal wont work due to updates. This past weekend it wasn't working from Friday-Monday Afternoon. During this time you can't check your balance, deposit checks, or move money around at all. It's a minor inconvenience, but could be catastrophic under the wrong conditions. Their customer service however is very good and loan process is easy. Nothing but good things to say about LCU other than their online banking not working a few times a year.

Kathy Zelinski5Some how when I deposited my check it went into my savings instead of my checking. By phone a woman by the name of Shavon helped me transfer without any issues and was able to take the hold off my check. She was very pleasant and accommodating!

Amanda Post1Had a horrible experience with this location. Made a payment within my grace period and was charged the late fee. Asked to have the money refunded and waited 30 minutes. Watched the manager of the credit union and the teller chat, laugh and walk around during this time. I finally confronted both of them and excuses. I explained I've watched them for the last 30 minutes and this was a huge waist of time. I asked them to credit the money to my account and it's been a week and no credit. No call from the manager... Nothing.. I hope this is addresses ASAP.

Chi Niemeyer5I have been with Landmark for almost 20 years and been to many of the branches regularly. (As I'm sure a lot of the long term customers have.) However, this branch has excellent customer service, workable hours- because I work Nocs- and its located in a convenient area right off the interstate. They have hands down the best customer service of any of the credit unions or banks I have been to. They try their best to assist you. Thanks for being the great people you are Germantown LCU!!!

David W1Sat in the drive through to take out cash because the lobby is appointment only. 20 minutes to get cash. Other banks lobbies are open. Why not Landmark's? Ridiculous

Charlie White5This is an excellent place to deposit your money, especially if you don't want to support big banks that crashed the U.S. economy (and might do so again). The staff here is pleasant and helpful, and this credit union offers prevailing rates on money market funds and CDs. It's rarely crowded and the staff is always eager to please. We've been happy with the service here for the past five years and will continue to do business with these kind, trustworthy people. Highly recommended.

David Bort1Used to be great, over the past few years though things have been on a steady decline, especially in the customer service department. The wait times they give you are never right, give yourself a lot of extra time if you call. Don't leave a message, they won't ever return your call. This bank is only good dealing with things in person, their call center (which all numbers send you to) is horrendous and every time I've had to call it's been frustrated employees who send me to voicemails. Edit: I am removing a star due to their call center. I was quoted 4 minutes, got a call back in 20, and was hung up on immediately. Ended up being on hold 40 minutes total.
