  I'm at the age now where I've had a number of loans through numerous financial institutions. Focus CU has always been there for me, providing competitive rates and excellent service even when my loans were messy, like closing a loan while selling a vehicle to someone in Canada. Super helpful and pleasant staff! Thanks Focus CU! :)

  I’ve been banking with this company for years now. I love the staff at the Wauwatosa branch. My issue is the fact that twice I had to have my debit card replaced because of losing it or fraudulent charges. They informed me that it will come in the mail in 7 to 10 business days. After waiting three or more weeks with nothing, I’ve had to call only to be told that it must’ve gotten lost in the mail and they send it out again. And then I have to wait more weeks to have access to my funds. Last month I put money down for a secured credit card and dealt with the same issue of not receiving it for over a month and getting told the same bs. Mail isn’t getting lost, someone’s not doing their job. Very disappointing. And now I haven’t been able to check my bank account for two days on the app or website because the systems down.

  Been banking here since 2001. Bought my for car with this bank. Took out about 6 loans with them and always paid them off. Halfway done Paying off a 5k loan for schooling. Next I will be looking into getting a house loan this year.

  The Wauwatosa branch has been “temporarily” closed for a substantial amount of time. This is extremely inconvenient for local patrons. Most businesses began reopening due to Covid some time ago. There doesn’t seem to be an end in sight here.

  Our lobby enjoyed being open from June 1 until midday on November 12. Fortunately, we will be able to reopen Tuesday November 24 :) We do take closing very seriously, while also taking the health of our employees and members seriously too. Thank you for your patience.

  Tellers take forever to cash my paychecks and/or make a deposit... I've switched to a phone app. So much less hassle.
