  One of those banks that makes you feel like family. They’re patient, kind, and helpful. Patty is amazing! Aside from a couple hiccups on the website, I’m very pleased with the banking I had here.

  Some of the nicest people you will ever meet .I've fortunately been banking here for three name changes and over 20 years. I wouldn't change for anything .Geraldine, Melodee, Nancy,Bridget, and Janet care about their customers. Just good, considerate, caring, folks. Thank you guys.

  The staff are great, however their business practices leave you wanting to switch to a 'real' bank. If you have direct deposit setup and your payday falls on a Saturday you won't receive your pay until Monday. The same goes for holidays. If Monday is a holiday then you end up waiting yet another day for your hard earned money. Most other banks account for this. Also, there are virtually no ATMs that allow you to make deposits. So again, you get your check on a day their closed, or maybe can't get to the bank during business hours and you're stuck without your funds. They also don't work well with pending transactions. Also, huge problem here, I have accounts that I created in Illinois, then tried to access in Colorado and was told my accounts would have to be switched to Colorado accounts in order to access them while I was in Colorado. This is not a national bank.

  They always treat me special and my puppy too no nickel an diming they are the best I will only bank with them from now on no ones better
