  I bought my first house with FM as my mortgage broker. I knew next to nothing going into the process, but he and his team were able to explain everything very clearly and were always quick to respond when I had questions come up. From my personal research, he was able to get me a competitive rate for the current market, and was able to close very quickly. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a mortgage broker in the bay area.

  We bought our first single family home in Concord 2022 Feb. FMZ team has a very thorough step by step process with clear expectations and goals defined. We really liked systematic approach for each and every step. With in 2-3 weeks they helped to close and get the keys. Overall it was an A+ experience with FMZ team

  I've used FMZ's team twice - once for my first-time-buyer mortgage, and again for a recent refinance. I have zero complaints about either experience. As (very) naive first time buyers, the team took care of us, answering all our questions and making the process simple. With a complex (it seemed!) refinance, we got advice and information at every step of the way, with Mike B working directly with me to ensure I had the info I needed. Highly recommended!

  I really liked working with Faramarz and his team. Everyone is very knowledgeable and they answer all your questions and concerns (of which I had many since I was not familiar with mortgages at all). They move as quickly as possible and when things are not, they explain why and ease the process as much as they can. Great Team!

  Faramarz is very-very professional and thorough. He will guide you with every step in the mortgage process. His knowledge on the mortgage market and timing is accurate. He lives up to his commitment, does not waste your time and makes you comfortable during the entire process. His team is very trained super fun to work with. Also, they use the latest and greatest technology (which I am very well aware of) when using the online system. Everything is automated and your info is well secured. Their predictions on closing time/cost are close to accurate. I'd recommend you shop with others as well, but get your business to FM and his team - they are true professionals.

  FM and his team were stupendous. I appreciated how each member, when the file got to their desk, was able to help with full knowledge of the current status. I am a realtor with Coldwell Banker, and though this is certainly not the first loan/refi they have done for me (for my clients) it was the first time my personal home was under a refi. it was great to experience first hand how solid they are, making me make them a preferred lender for my future buyers.
