  Zach and his team were amazing. Zach is incredibly knowledgeable and helped us lock in a great, low rate for our mortgage. He was available for our questions, which were many, and helped us choose the loan that was best for our situation.   Zach was amazing to work with! He talked me through every possible loan and funding option while providing detailed pros and cons of each.   I have had the fortune to work with Zach for over 15 years on several dozen loans so this review is not just a one time experience. While that might speak for itself there is so much more to say about Zach, it's hard to know where to start! Zach has always been the utmost professional loan agent to work with. It's such a benefit to me as an agent who has represented 100s of buyers, to feel the confidence, comfort and security to know that he will take the best care of my clients. If you are a bottom line person, you will appreciate hearing that his track record for funding/closing transactions with me and my clients is literally 100%! Every single purchase loan we've worked on together out of those several dozen, closed successfully. I'm sure that part of what contributes to this success is his experience with 1000s of loans for 1000s of other clients, and yet I can also say from my personal experience that it is truly his work ethic and commitment to customer service and results combined with his vast experience in general that ensures he gets the job done and done well.   Guaranteed Rate…..Did you ever wonder? Why doesn’t Zach just say “First Rate, Guaranteed!” After all he promptly returned my call and answered my questions in a first rate way. The online method of submitting my documentation was easy and first rate. The appraiser was professional, on-time and nice to chat with. That’s kind of first rate. The escrow officer handled all the hiccups with a kind and reasonable first rate attitude. Well here’s why he can’t say “First Rate, Guaranteed!”- The rate he locked for us was a quarter point less than our current rate which is what we expected and it pleased us. A week later he called with a second rate! A half point less than our current rate. And he had already locked it in place and that thrilled us! So the guy and the name to remember is Zachary Griffin of “Guaranteed Rate!”
