  Constantly being closed is a huge inconvenience to people who need to use their money. One of the selling points of Wells Fargo is bank availability, which they obviously don't have. Just use another bank.

  Great service. I was in there today and people just had problems and they did their best to listen and respond appropriately. Nice building too.

  Went there to deposit checks for a business account, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME THERE.. Just go to a different location. The manager is VIVIAN, she needs to learn how to do her job better... When we left the store because they keep giving excuses, we cancel the transaction, as soon as we got to the parking lot, there was a security when pencil and notepad next to our car. I'm guessing they found us suspicious...

  I have been a Wells Fargo account holder and a Wells Fargo share holder for many years. This company is just the worst in every regard. From the grossly overpaid criminal executive management who created moral hazards through policies incentivizing fraud against their customers, to low level tellers who carried out that illegal activity and fraud, it is just a heaping pile of dung. Santa Rosa branches especially epitomize everything wrong with Wells Fargo and banking. If there was an ounce of justice or karma in this world, the entire organization would be broken up and brought up on RICO charges.

  The manager was very racist and rude. Came in about my account and she told me "DONT USE MY ACCOUNT IF I DON"T HAVE MONEY". which I did, she was rude and her banker continued to yell at me that they can "Close my account". I went to the bank in Oakland and got help with everything I needed. It's a shame The manager Parwana Husainzada is a racist..

  Very rude and unprofessional. Wouldn't let me do a cash transaction in the store. Been a customer here for over 20 years.

  They take forever to give change I come here for business and I spend 30 minutes waiting for my change because they don't have money .. really.. !!!???
