  We have been with Assured Partners since they were known as Moore & Johnson and have ALWAYS been extremely pleased with them. Every agent we have dealt with is very knowledgeable and happy to help us, most recently Dana. They also are very quick to respond to any questions or issues that arise, we usually get a response on the same day, highly unusual in this day and age. They have helped us with many homeowner/auto issues that I would never have been able to figure out on my own and they are always very pleasant about it. Highly recommend them

  I've been with Assured Partners back when they were Moore & Johnson for going on 10 years now. I've always had a great experience dealing with a number of different agents who have helped me with anything from general knowledge to detailed questions concerning my home and auto policies. I've had no complaints as my questions have always been answered quickly regardless of method; either on the phone, via email or in person. I would recommend them if you're seeking help managing your insurance needs!!

  I’ve had my personal insurance coverage with Assured Partners for years. The customer service team has always been great to work with, and I’ve always felt like they were looking out for my best interests. As a CPA, I’ve also referred commercial clients to the Assured Partners, and Eric and his team have always taken great care of them!

  I always get great service from Kim Edwards on all my insurance needs. In addition to above: had an auto mishap in my car and bent 3 wheels because of unmarked road construction. Assured Partners and KimEdwards took care of claim with no problems or hesitation.

  Assured Partners has really helped me with both business and personal insurance lines. I started with my personal lines and then moved my business insurance over. I had a problem with my previous carrier where when I called in I felt like a number, and couldn't get anything resolved. Here I have an agent that I can call at any time. I have his personal cell and email address, if there is any thing I need to discuss I get him immediately. No phone cues. I had a worker comp problem at midnight one evening and called and was pleasantly surprised the agent answered and help guide me through what the process should be to take care of the employee. He saved me a ton of money, and I was able to take care of my employee. Highly recommend Assured Partners.

  We were a customer of Moore and Johnson Agency for about 20 years, before AssuredPartners acquired them. We have home, auto, and umbrella policies. Service has always been helpful and prompt. We have had two claims for homeowners insurance, the latest with AssuredPartners. We were completely satisfied in both cases.
