      Run away from this bank! We built our house using this bank for a construction loan. We had lumber going through the roof, Covid19, and supply chain problems to deal with. Dealing with this bank was the worst part. The communication is only through email. Ask 2 questions and you only get one answered. Also they would tell us one thing and then do another. For example the money to pay your subcontractor will be available in 4 days and it took a month. The Just a few examples of the multiple problems we had. They either can't do the job correctly or they lie. Either is not acceptable when dealing with someone's home for their family and hundreds of thousands of dollars.

      Very poor. Every time we can or email about a pre approval we always get the same answer. “We will know by tomorrow, we will call you” They never call. They never give us updates. Very rarely can we ever speak to the person we need cuz they never answer their phone. Overall completely disappointed with the service.

      Literally been waiting there 15 minutes. We just don’t understand how could a bank work like this. Even it’s Saturday doesn’t mean that we have nothing else to do but wasting time on such a nonsense waiting.
