  Our refinance experience with Taina was awesome! She was an absolute professional who kept us abreast every step of the way. Although I have had about 10 loans over the last 30 years, no one has ever taken the time to explain everything to me. She provided various options as we wanted to get the lowest interest rate--to ensure we never felt trapped in our decisions. Her and Juliana went the extra mile with their customer service and helpfulness. We closed in less than 30 days and the closing itself took less than 30 minutes in our home. I highly recommend Flow Mortgage to anyone looked for a positive, professional and pleasant financial transaction!

  If anyone is looking for a great person to work with-Flow Mortage and Taina Armiche was the best choice for my husband and myself. She was professional, respectful and made the process so easy. In around 22 days we closed, got a great rate(APR). She was available from 8 am to 9 pm to answer any questions we had. She always kept us up to date on every step of the process. Taina- Thank you so much for saving us a bunch of money and offering a few options for the re-fi. If i have any family or friends who are looking for a home loan a re-fi am sending them your way.   The BEST mortgage company! Taina from Flow Mortgage helped me with my home purchase, it was incredible! A lot of knowledge and impecable customer service! I changed my mind a few times through the process, I had questions for everything, requested a few pre-approval letters for different properties, with few last minute things, and they provided everything I asked quick and always so friendly, besides getting me the best deal I could ever get. I am so thankful, I really highly recommend FLOW MORTGAGE!

  I have used Taina and Flow Mortgage for my last two home refinance processes and my experience was truly amazing! Taina and all Flow Mortgage staff are very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Flow always has the answers for any questions, solutions for all problems and recommendations for all your doubts. They responded promptly to all my emails and were always available to answer to my phone calls. Most importantly, and I'm sure you will related to this, Flow is NOT pushy at all!!! They present the numbers and give you several options to choose from, recommending the most suitable option without forcing you into an undesired deal. And I saved a bunch of many!!!   I’ve worked with Taina multiple times in the past, she’s my go-to for any mortgage related questions I may have. She helps me analyzing and comparing loan options, and she is pretty straight forward and always available to go over my questions. It is hard to find this level of customer service in this industry. If you are looking for a mortgage broker you can trust, you have to call Taina Armiche.

  Ok, everyone, I have to start this by talking about San Diego. It's expensive as Hell. Like, really REALLY expensive. I had been spending the past two years living in a double-wide in Santee because purchasing a house in San Diego just seemed. . .impossible. When my wife brought up the possibility of trying the search again, I felt hopeless. To humor her, I found Taina at Flow Mortgage to help me look into it. With her help and guidance and flexibility in working with our realtor, we sold our double wide and moved into a new house on a nice plot of San Diego land after just over a month. My mind is still blown. Taina is so great!
