  Great experience working with Jordan Vautier for the VA streamline refinance of our home! He got us a great rate during a volatile period in the market and beat out all other lenders we had received quotes from. His communication was excellent during the entire process and no question was left unanswered. Many lenders are unfamiliar with how a VA streamline refinance works but Jordan was highly knowledgeable and up to date on all the most recent information.   Jordan was a wonderful to work with. When we first contacted Jordan we were not sure whether we were fully committed to purchasing a house. After a month of deciding we started working with our agent and Jordan to put offers on homes. It took 3 months of back and forth on our end to finally find a home, go into escrow and close on our house. Throughout the process, Jordan was in close communication with us and our realtors. He was very attentive, was able to answer all of our questions, and was very quick to respond and get us what we needed.   Jordan provided an easy, transparent and knowledgable experience for us in the home buying process.
