This bank does not have much money or cash on hanf to cash large checks. They told us they would order the cash and call us when it's ready. They called us back after a week and they were unable to come up with the cash when they called us back. They asked us to open up a bank account with them and take the cash out slowly because they don't have access to much cash. What kind of bank can't pay? Isn't that the a banks only job to store money for you? You might want to reconsider using them as a bank if they cannot give you your money when requested.

Yet again this is the only branch in the area closed “due to COVID” even though people inside and working..... Doors just locked in the middle of the day. I come to this branch three out of five days during the week and it is always something. Either doors opened late after 9am, they are not open at all with some BS excuse, or you have to stand in line for 20 because no one is prepared. Constant issues, constantly slow service and constant attitude from the tellers. This is the worst branch by far with the most useless management staff. Never solutions, only excuses and piss poor performance.

The people here are VERY kind, helpful and professional. They ALWAYS go above and beyond to help....(well....they have for me that is (of course)😊. But I DO suggest you call and/or visit and see for yourself. (Please know I don't often add a review. Actually this is my only fourth one......EVER.....and I've had thousands (if not tens of thousands🙄) of opportunities to do so. Michael Stein

Literally, the slowest of Bank of America greater Orlando Branches! No organization... I usually have to go to Winter Park (17-92) to get timely service. Update: after hour of sitting and unused employees doing nothing... I was told to make an appointment but the app for making appointments doesn’t allow appointments for more than three months....

By far the BOA has gone to $h!t. customer service I subpar, only two personal bankers, wait time is ridiculous. Two day to notorized a document and today I was told there was a long wait, again, to make an appointment. They only have one, yes, 1 person that can notarize. Incredible, is notary service down, if so, do not offer services that for a simple signature a customer must wait over (1) one hour to get a signature. This is part of the service offered to your customers. Last straw BOA, taking my business and money elsewhere. The banking system has turned into an automated, no service interest. The one interest is to keep your money, not offer great benefits for keeping your money. Why a shame. PS:. To the guys with the suit (not the notary ) if you are the manager, it is clear why the ambience in the branch is the way it is. Poor engagement and motivativation.

1 teller, 7 people waiting, 2 CSRs looking pretty and sitting at their desks. They should all be fired! That poor teller trying his best. I felt terrible for him.

While the staff at the branch may be good at their job their merchant services representative Eric Maucker has failed our company time and again. We have about a dozen or so wrongful charges to our business. Eric Maucker has made one empty promise after another. To date we are still owed over $500 in refunds. I have called, emailed and texted both Eric Maucker and Bank of America many times and received the same empty promises. We have been battling for our refunds for over 7 months. I would not recommend Bank of America to anyone.

If you have a chance to work with Eva Bueno I definitely recommend!! She’s a relationship manager and she’s even bilingual (English & Spanish). Great service this is why I continue to love BOA !
