  I’m a new small business owner my friend referred me to Wendy because I was looking for a bank for my new business account. Yesterday when I met with Wendy she was very professional and a people person like you been knowing her for years but after that day it made me feel very reassuring that my business account will be in a great bank as I’m growing in my business . She answered any questions I was concerned about and made you feel very comfortable with asking any questions. She is a major plus to have at this bank I’m not just saying that either because I really don’t give many reviews unless the person or company made me feel like they went beyond than just doing their job but I felt that this review was needed Wendy is amazing!

  I can confidently say I have never been happier with a bank than I am with Florida Capital Bank. The manager of the bank Wendy, is easily the most accommodating and helpful banker I have ever done business with. She will stop what's she's doing to bring a cashier's check or pick up a deposit on a Friday afternoon. I'm guessing your banker doesn't do that. As a business owner, her services are a huge asset to my operation and am very thankful someone like this is so committed to our success as entrepreneurs Thank you Wendy!!

  Felt I needed to share my outstanding experience with Wendy at Florida Capital Bank. She has exceeded my banking expectations on a regular basis, but this circumstance was way above and beyond what I would ever expect from a banker. I had a business check clear for a significantly higher amount than what I wrote it for. After calling her, she immediately left an important event to correct the error. Less than an hour later she called back saying I will have a full refund to my account within less than 24 hours. I honestly was shocked because I've never received such personalized care and concern. She treats my money as if it was her own. I am very grateful for her dedication to my business and they have earned a loyal lifetime customer because of Wendy's determination to facilitate each of every one of my businesses needs. Florida capital bank is lucky to have her, that is a fact.
