      I do most of my banking online, and the Radiant Credit Union website constantly gives me problems, especially when it come to switching between the two accounts that I have there. Today, for example, when I tried to switch between the two accounts, the website tried to confirm my identity using an old phone number, even though I had updated my phone number in my profile on the website quite some time ago. I've had numerous other problems with the website, too, and I will eventually switch to another credit union when I don't mind the Covid risk of going into businesses anymore.

      We have been a member of Radiant Credit union for about 3 years and could not be happier! We mostly deal with Tarrin in the loan dept but she goes above and beyond for us, she always makes sure we get the best rates and the process is always super easy and FAST! I refer everyone I know to her for any type of loans. She is such an incredible asset to Radiant. If you are looking for SUPER FAST Approvals and Funding call Tarrin she will get it done for you!

      Another unhappy long term customer. Was just at Alachua branch. Needed to take time from work to meet my wife, and deposit a joint check. Got there one teller with a customer, one person in front of me. The SINGLE TELLER is stuck doing customer service work; along with teller job. Fist customer 11 minutes. No second teller brought up front. Second customer almost 15 minutes, and STILL NO SECOND TELLER BROUGHT IN. Here is the sad part. The entire 20+ minute wait. I was STANDING IN PLAIN VIEW OF THE BRANCH MANAGER. When IFINNALY was seen by the teller. The first thing I asked was to speak to the manager. As soon as management was contacted. A second teller showed up. Now that they were NO LONGER NEEDED. When asked why I had to wait, and why was there one poor teller doing multiple jobs. SHE HAD THE NERVE TO POINT OUT THERE WERE NOW TWO TELLERS. THAT SHOULD HAVE HAPPENED 20 minutes earlier. None of this is remotely acceptable. This is my second horrid experience with this branch, and I’m strongly considering moving banks..Sun State was great. Radiant is abysmal

We also provide alternative options for depositing at our ATMs and via mobile deposit, but neither of these may be options that fit your need.       I was recently in a very bad vehicle accident and sadly my truck was totaled.I had moved my previous truck loan to Radiant as the interest rate was much better.Josh went above and beyond as well as the other credit union staff in helping me secure my new truck loan so the process went very smoothly.I highly recommend Radiant credit union as they also support the community.
