      We just sat at the drive up window for 23 min and we were 2nd in line. There we two girls working the window but for some reason only one could do the transactions. By the time we pulled up to the window 2 more people got in the other line. They also waited 20+ min. That is RIDICULOUS!!!! I've been thinking of leaving Wells Fargo since they charged me $10 for a cashiers check when my old bank gave you that for free. Now I'm definately leaving!

      I had a very large business loan with Rodger Morales at Wells Fargo and I was extremely pleased with both his customer service and professionalism. I have worked with other banks in the past, and working with Rodger regarding my commercial financial needs was an absolute pleasure. 5 stars is not high enough for the quality of his services.

      I have sat in the drivethru on multiple occasions for 20 plus minutes with one car ahead of me. This is getting to be problem. It wasn't always an issue. Now they usually only have one teller in window. This really needs to be addressed.

      Inside staff were attentive, but have to add to the comments regarding long wait from an appearance of anyone manning the drive-in window.

      I drive 10 minutes out of way to avoid this bank. Deposits aren’t made on time, no information is given, the manager (an Indian lady I presume) was quite rude and continued to interrupt me.

      Evil, Expect no service and no respect. If you require either please go elsewhere. If the thought of being a number and calling a number to fix everything even while being in the branch sounds fun you have found the spot.

      My banker miss antasha is the best she is so helpfull her beautifull smile makes Wells Fargo look good she is do helpfull whenever I come in the bank I have to see her she makes my day Wells Fargo is lucky to have her
