  We had a very complicated situation, and someone recommended Yan and Flamingo Credit to us. Yan spent a lot of time with explaining us every single step, always returned our calls, and helped us to find the quicker way to get our first house. All his staff is absolutely amazing.   Flamingo Credit has been working on my mortgages twice. helpful and successfully both times. professional service. if you need somebody to take care of your mortgage approval from "a" to "z", that's Flamingo Credit. like a javelin(tm)'s "fire-and-forget"(c) (might be a good slogan).

  Our first home buying experience was made so easy with Yan with Flamingo credit. He was referred to us by friends who used his services for refinancing their home, and were also so happy with their experience. Yan was so attentive and made himself available to us for the whole home loan process. All of our questions were answered and he was so patient in explaining the details and terms to us. This being our first time, it was nice to work with someone who really seemed to care about us as customers.
