  Compared to the other TD locations this one is the pits. The ATM is always out of cash and you cannot make mobile deposits via cash. Forget dealing with people — that’s a walking dead moment . Always foot traffic at the ATM inside— paint dries quicker than the transactions here. A disappointed customer but at least its not Santander —

  This is the worse TD bank ever ! ATMs in drive thru never work and the ones inside always give me trouble . Something is always going on

  Representative Anne was unprofessional, refuse to help me open an account she tried to send me away and tell me to call a number on a paper that was sent to me from TD BANK! When the letter clearly stated they will help me open a new account. I open the account, I simply ask her to send me the text or email for the online banking and she didn’t. When I tried to do it myself it states my account was blocked for whatever reason and she didn’t tell me this and refuse to help me unlock/unblock my account. To top it all off they made me open an account and did not even activate my account! Now I have a card with money but can’t use my card ! Worse customer service ever. I highly don’t recommend coming here at all!

  can't believe after 4 years of going to the same location and asking for change today the lady at the drive thru window gave me a hard time didn't give me change i tried to explain i been coming here for 4years no problem she ended up saying she never seen me before . can not believe what happened went in the store and closed both my business and personal accounts i will not be banking with td anymore .... BTW the manager on duty i think JP is on his name tag said a racial slur because my wife was in a hijab they both gave my wife a dirty look for a minute before denying my transaction ..

  If I could leave ZERO stars I would. The service at this bank is BEYOND HORRENDOUS. It’s truly such a disappointment. I’ve never had such and awful encounter with any TD bank employees as I have had here. Either the people who work here hate their job or have a hard time with welcoming human beings. Shouldn’t be in a customer service job If you can’t handle interactions with other people...and it’s not just one employee it’s everyone from tellers to notaries. I’d rather drive 40+ min in traffic to go to a different TD bank rather than come here which is a shame because it’s so close to me. SIGNIFICANTLY DISGUSTED AND DISAPPOINTED.

  Service and staff has gone downhill rapidly lately. Been banking there for years and have watched the huge decline in their "legendary" service. I actually go out of my way to go to Brooklyn branch now just to avoid those jokers at this branch. Who is running the show there?, TD. At times there are only one teller. Also I waited 30 minutes one day for a new card while staff were making personal calls while working. Looks like the branch manager in his office, who also went out to his SUV in the parking lot for personal reasons during this time was 20 years old, while the older women were working at their desks and it seemed he had not much to do. A big complaint of late for all TD Bank is the elimination of the coin counting machines. Small bus. Owners like myself needed that machine and having them was a big reason I banked there . Looking for a new bank for my business as well as personal banking now. Legendary service.???..I think not !

  Good customer service , however cleanliness surrounding the building including landscaping needs improvement- to much garbage and cigarette butts strewn about. Bank is clean and convenient, however first impression as you walk in counts! Clean the landscaping and sweep !!

  The must unfriendly TD Bank. I changed to TD bank because of the great warm customer service. Not this branch!! This Staten Island branch NOT one smiling face on a Saturday morning. As I waiting in line I notice not one thank you for bank tellers as customers left. I actually had to say hello to my teller first and she responded with "how can I help you." She repeated it again for I just stood there waiting for some greeting other than flat face look. I finally jokingly commented to all the tellers " what no smiles this morning?" for the manger was also behind counter they all just frowned and still no smiles. My teller responded with I said hello and the bank manager grimaced then just walked away to her desk without a word. In the end my teller gave me the wrong denomination if bills u had asked for and when I pointed this out she tried to correct me in what I asked for. I said yes large bills in 100s and also fifties when she gave me all 100s. Then she said she could change them AGAIN. I just shook my head said no thanks and walked out..I should have used the ATM!
