  I just stopped in and saw Cheryl and Haley. They were both excellent very professional and super nice. Will absolutely recommend this bank. I've been a customer for a long time. They were the best so far. I will go out of my way to visit Canton Flagstar above all.

  I really enjoy this bank and especially this branch. The clerks, staff and management are engaged here. I went to inquire about their services and I felt very comfortable with their personal service. Not only that I appreciated their business acumen and the careful way their systems had been designed. If you are looking for a place for a business or personal account I recommend this bank. Along with the banking services and customer service that they excel at I really appreciate their landscaping. In an otherwise boring and repetitious line of commercial enterprises this bank stands out. It has a welcoming atmosphere outside and gives the impression of community and traditional values.

  Absolute disgrace. Horrible customer service treated a loyal customer of 20 years with unmannerly service. The Branch Manager for Canton is a complete low-brow, discourteous, impertinent buffoon do not expect her to help or resolve any of your issues. Conversing with her will not only make you feel unwanted and unimportant but you can expect no issues to be resolved and any financial mistake made by her employees to be paid for by YOUR money.

  I had very good service when I went into the Canton, MI branch to open my new checking and savings account with Jasmine Thomas She even had to put up with my two granddaughters ages 5 and 2. Thankvyou Jasmine.

  Prompt service. Was walked through several products to decide which was best for me. The associate was very flexible and got me set up same day after we juggled my schedule around.

  Close to home, but bank fees are RIDICULOUS
