  I had a great experience with the man who works in the office I wish I would have gotten his name. He was so helpful and made it quick and easy to change my last name on my account and printed my new debit card.

  I have been a PNC customer many years and generally have no problem. But this saturday I came to do some banking business and have waited 1.5 hours for help because they dont have enough staff to help. The lady said "only 10-15 more minutes" and that was 30 minutes ago. I feel like a fool for waiting for this and its caused me to waste my Saturday morning for nothing. Thanks PNC Canton.

  changing my rating to a 1....just came again and sat in dtive thru for 17 minutes...this is the absolute worst location... employees are very nice but that's the only nice thing I can say. They are Always short staffed. I am there every week and whether I'm in the drive thru or standing in line, it is always a long wait. I am currently in the drive thru and sat for over 5 minutes before someone even greeted me. And still I sit waiting...waiting.... the other pnc locations are not like this. Their management needs to do a better job of staffing this location.

  The 3 times I’ve had to call this branch they literally never answer phone. I sit on hold for 15-20 minutes then the call just disconnects. It’s truly so frustrating, considering it’s the closest PNC to my home & they are never ever there for me when I need them it’s truly so annoying. Just answer the phone, it’s literally the least you could do.

  This Bank needs additional staff was waiting for 30 min for 5-10 min job. Will appreciate if they are mindful about someone else’s time.
