  The woman who helped me with my account answered my initial call about your bank. I said inwas on my way to open an account and she stayed until I got there and helped me all the way through. So far every time has exceeded customer service expectations. Saying that today is a rare thing.

  Worst bank ever they don’t even cash their own checks bank somewhere else

  I had a very good experience at Flagstar Bank. However, it has been almost 2 weeks and I have yet to hear if my credit card has been approved so that I can transfer the balances to this new account.

  They have screwed my account. When I received a new debit card it was not registered therefore I could not get any money out of account before I eent on a cruise.
