  I've been banking with Bank of America for years. I have visited many locations around the United States, but nothing like this location they all have a rude demeanor and unpleasant attitude with no motivation to work. They absolutely have no idea what customer service is. Never properly greeted to say the least the branch manager yumna faraj is the most ignorant and unprofessional person I have ever encountered she disclosed my full information abruptly and to top it off she threw my change on the counter. I most certainly will not be coming back for business at this specific location.

  Worst bank I’ve ever been to there so slow and mean it looks like someone dragged the bankers out of bed and put them behind glass!

  The Dearborn Heights branch is been horrible. It’s the closest branch To me and try avoiding it if I can. The wait time is horrible and usually one person behind the counter. I complained to management before with out any results. They never answer their phone been trying for two days. ATM was not working for a while before it got fixed. Very disappointing

  A wonderful branch, the staff are really professional and their treatment is professional, and the most important thing is that most of them speak Arabic haha

  I like this branch. They have ATMs and you rarely even have to go to the teller if you know how to use it.

  This bank is falling apart, there is always something with them, long wait, they don’t always have enough cash or certain bills. Needs new management

  I agree with the previous comment, good branch, the staff are wonderful, especially Mr. George (an experienced employee who can answer any questions).
