  Matt was very helpful and was able to answer all my questions and make me feel really comfortable with going with community choice. I had some fraud issues with my last bank so I was hesitant on where to go next and Matt made it pretty easy to pick going to community choice! Highly recommend !

  I had such a great experience here. I went for the fist time the other day to inquire about an auto loan and met with Beka, who was fantastic. She was incredibley knowledgeable, explained everything in laymen's terms, and went above and beyond to help me out. Going in, I expected a stiff and awkward experience but her demeanor, while completely professional, was very relaxed and approachable. 100% recommend using Community Choice and am seriously considering switching over to them from my current bank.

  I have been a member of this credit union for over twenty years. I became a member when they we’re located on Warren and Southfield (Warrendale) the tellers we’re nice and friendly, and I gone to the one on Wayne Rd and Ann Arbor Trail same there. So when this location opened up I was so excited and the tellers here have been nothing but nice to me they greet me with a smile whenever I’m there they are so helpful I love it keep up the great job

  I’m new to this bank and I love it already. They’re really nice. I spoke to Theresa who was a big help and Karen helped open my account and they both were very nice. The tellers are all caring and I would recommend.
