  Maureen Plumber was great, kind, thoughtful and patient. She just helped me so much and kept me calm throughout the process. She is wonderful but so are all the people at that branch. Shelby, Fran, Brooke, Keith are all stellar and it is no wonder, I've been with that branch at 44th st for 19 years! ALways happy.

  Don't get a mortgage loan from here. Well atleast not until they get a inspector that actually knows anything about homes. Bought my home 2 years ago. Which it shouldn't have past due to the lead water lines and signs of many years of termite damage. So thanks alot for looking out for your customers. Your inspector should be fired.

  Most people in the office are helpful but some person with strong attitude and unprofessional customer service. If your pressure capacity is not strong enough, please stay away from there.

  I love flagstar for so many reasons, going local with your banking is so much nicer than the big banks. And everyone here is always nice and helpful!

  They question you as soon as you enter show them your id and still are asked a thousands questions do not feel comfortable everytime i come in there i feel like i get the 3rd degree
