  Adventure Credit union has been very good to me. Have been with the Credit Union for about 38 years. Keeps track of my debit card too. Let's me know if something is going on with my card. Been good about loaning me money over the years. Love this place.

  DO NOT do business here. I had a car loan thru another credit union and it was either changed to Adventure or taken over by them. I was unaware of an outstanding balance of $588 (my auto deductible +??? when my car was totaled). I had no idea I owed this amount. Adventure claims they notified me in April of 2016 of this outstanding balance. I never received that notice. They never called (I have had the same phone number for many years) or sent any other notice. Then out of nowhere something shows up on my credit report in Sept 2021! FIVE YEARS LATER! The money that I never knew I owed has now grown to over $700! Today I texted them to verify my remaining balance (which I thought was $538) and I was told I owe them over $16,000!!!!!!! If you call them and leave a message, if anyone ever returns your call and you can't get to your phone they don't leave you their name or contact info so you can't call them back. I don't call any of this good customer service.

  I'm not even a member, but I stopped in randomly just to briefly use their shared branch service. Everyone was friendly and polite. Great customer service. I'm already quite established at a different FCU, but if something ever changes I will gladly switch to Adventure. You guys really helped me out today!

  Madra did a fantastic job handling my loan request! The loan took less than two days to complete. She made it so easy and walked me through the process with clarity! I would absolutely recommend Adventure credit union for all you loan and banking needs!

  My hubby & I have banked here for years now. I have zero complaints. Customer service is always great. Over the last several (many) months Bob Ballard has been my “savior” thru a very difficult time. He took time to make calls for me, search old accts, & help me with paperwork. He did not have to do that. I am beyond grateful, he made all the stress I was under, bearable. The final step was opening an estate acct for my mom, who passed away. I just don’t know what I would have done without all his help & making me feel like he actually cared. I have no intentions of ever leaving this CU.

  Amber M. Buys | Member Solution Associate II is amazing. Amber has worked 2 short notice and complex loans for me both dealing with wire transfer and out of town locations. I have also used Adventure for a home mortgage and it also went flawless and great rates

  Had a wonderful experience with them. We were first time buyers looking for a mortgage and not knowing what to do. They walked us through the whole process, gave us advices on how to successfully close on a loan and thanks to that our family finally has a home. These people are really willing to help you!

  Absolutely the worst customer service out of any bank/credit union I have ever had the displeasure of being subjected to. If I could give a negative score I would but I can’t so they get a one. AVOID THIS TRASH CU AT ALL COSTS.
