After the initial consultation, she keeps our case in mind and remind us when the rate is suitable for us.   Yan and her team were very helpful and professional. She locked in a good rate for us and was quick on addressing questions raised by our lender. We ran into many issues initially due to our lack of employment history, frequent change of addresses and complex tax returns in the past two years but in the end she managed to work it all out with the lender before our closing deadline.
