  AMAZING TEAM!!! HUGE THANKS TO TOMAS AND TEAM!!! Mark and Lisa K. from New Germany, MN When I first called Fairway I was nervous, very skeptical, and certainly anxious. My husband and I had a very negative experience with a different lender; where after months of work our loan did not close. So to say that I went into this process with a lot of emotional baggage and stress, is an understatement. From the very first, Tomas was helpful, supportive, and above all, kind. He listened to everything I had gone through before and explained how this was not going to happen this time around and that no one should have to go through what we did. Tomas made the process easy for me, he answered my plethora of questions, calmed my fears, eased my stress, and got me and my family to the closing table with a low down payment (much lower than I expected) and a great interest rate; also much lower than I had anticipated. I cannot say enough good things about Tomas, his team, and Fairway Mortgage. Every fear I had was met with kindness, confidence, and professionalism. When I was stressed, Tomas would stay on the phone with me until I wasn't anymore. Beyond all of this, he and his team walked us through the process with confidence, we closed on time, and are now enjoying our beautiful new home. I would highly recommend him and Fairway to anyone looking for a mortgage and I plan to work with him again if I ever need to refinance.

  Fairway is a great company all around. My Fiancé and I were first time homebuyers and had no idea what we were doing. Luckily, Tomas helped us every step of the way. Day or night, rain or shine, Tomas and Fairway answered all of our urgent questions and made the process smooth as can be. Could not recommend more!
