  What a process home buying is. The frustration and elevated stress levels like you can't believe. The time and effort and repeated processes over and over. Headaches from aggravation and back and forth. If it was not for Jamie Gould and his team... it wouldn't have been worth it. Well, a house on the end is worth it... but... Jamie is so personable and has such a good personality. The team that comes along with him is just as friendly and helpful. If I didn't have a nice and genuine person in my corner like Jamie I don't think this experience would have been as good. I can't thank them enough for at least still making it happy and in the end we all won! They do things right and fight hard to make sure it's all set up for nothing but success to the best they can. I fully trusted this Lender after just 1 simple phone call and I'm happy. Thank you CIBM and Jamie and his team. I get to enjoy my first house!

  It was such a delight working with David Roth over at CIBM! David Roth came highly recommend by my very own brother. Because he did such a great job, I will recommend him to all my friends and family in the future. I had a lot of questions and concerns during the entire loan process and David answered them all. No matter the time or day. Great work ethic, which I very much liked! I was able to get a multi-family home in a great neighborhood in Chicago and it was because of him. David Roth saved me so much time and money that I can not thank him enough!
