  I am a first time home buyer that just settled a few days ago. I was very nervous when I started the process because I didn’t know anything about mortgages or buying a home. A friend recommended David Groom. I still got several quotes from other places but I was the happiest with what he had to offer and it was a huge plus that he was way more responsive and personable than anyone else I spoke with. David always got back to me right away if I had any questions, he was willing to work with me with what I could afford, and he was great at explaining all of this new information to me. I found David to be very friendly and honest. The process really was very easy and not stressful at all. I am absolutely thrilled with my new home and would definitely use this company again in the future.

  I was referred to Dee through my real estate agent and I am glad I bought my first home with her. She would explain things in a way that was super easy to understand. The portal/app they use is extremely convenient for someone like me where everything I do is online and its super easy to upload information. The process was smooth and I was not asked to provide information constantly. I would come back here again if and when I purchase a home again.

  I learned about Allen through two friends who used his services previously; he came highly recommended. I loved working with Allen. He understood what I was looking for in a refinance loan.
