Pam Trainor1WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. EMPLOYEES ARE INDIFFERENT AND CONDESCENDING. Three lane drive thru, one green light. Drive thru window open (no window shade pulled down). Wait at window for service. No signs, other than hrs of operation. Push service button. no answer..can see 3 employees moving around inside. Car pulls behind me. Now, I start to wave my hand at the Drive Up window hoping employee will see me. Employee FINALLY sees me..and starts speaking. There is no sound, and he is not speaking into the mic on the counter. He motions and points to ATM. I pull into HD spot with 90 yr old bank member. Get inside and same employee tells me they keep the window open to see customers (not a good job of it). i suggest the put a sign at the window so ppl dont waste time waiting. He looks perplexed. Then he says they wave ppl on. Then he says a pulled window shade would make ppl believe they are closed. REALLY? Because your competition actually does that, its called consideration. So the manager of this bank thinks its okay 1. to have drive thru that doesn't work, 2. a speaker system doesnt work, 3. cant pull down window curtain that would be a clear indication that the drive up window is not avail., and 4. cant put a simple sign in the window to alert customers of inactive drive thru. I wish i could upload photos of BoA drive thru window on joppa, closed windowshade with BIG RED letters indicating that the drive thru is closed and to use the ATM, or come inside..wow..imagine that, consideration for their customers. Not lame excuses, rolling eyeballs or an employee looking at a desk mumbling, "we will tell the management", in a tone, you know, will NEVER get to management. AND we were the ONLY ppl in the bank. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. AVOID this bank and their gang of 3, 20 year old cashiers. unless of course you want to feel like you just crashed their private conversation, and they have no time for you.

Chip Taylor3The entire parking lot is on a pretty steep slope it's hard to get into a spot as well as get out. Hope you don't have a manual car you'll never make it
