This is the most poorly managed bank on the entire East Coast. I have never had anything but an awful experience. Long lines, inexperienced tellers, and the inability of the manager to roll up her sleeves and help when there is a situation. Snobby and selfish would be the two words I would use to describe them. Walked out twice. Unlike other Firstrust branches (which I have had great experiences)
