  Pam Rhodes made closing on my first home an easier process than I had ever expected. First Bank offered me the best rates and the best customer service. Pam was able to answer all of my questions and concerns in a timely manner, and is so dedicated to her work. I would highly recommend anyone, especially a first time home owner to utilize First Bank.

  Teresa's team is one of the best, if not the best around town! They are so patience, nice and helpful! We will not do business with any other team. We initially bought a house and they helped us with our finance needs and then we refinance the same house and the process was the same; smooth and easy!

  The Adam Hammond team is a group that works together well to get the job done. Unfortunately, even as current FirstBank mortgage customers, our refinance was especially difficult and we ended up deciding to not continue to meet their demands. Another mortgage company stepped in quickly and offered a lower refinance rate with less closing costs. We will not be FirstBank customers for much longer.

  We've used Pam both times we bought a house. She is absolutely wonderful! She always returns calls promptly and checks in periodically during the process. Our realtor was so impressed with her that he began referring others to her.
