  One of the horrible banks i have ever worked with. First of all the rates were outrageously high and then charged me hefty fees to lower the rate. After closing, the loan was transferred multiple times to equally competent companies like the FirstBank. Lesson learned. I will get this refinanced asap and make sure never to do business with FirstBank. Do you research before you lock in your rate and ask upfront about them transferring your loan.

  I recently obtained a mortgage with First Bank. I worked with Adam Hammond and his team. They were excellent communicators. They kept me up-to-date on documents required, time frames, and progress of the entire loan process. This made the transaction expedient, about 30 days from application to closing, of course you must be diligent in getting the documents to them. Adam and his team are friendly and intelligent, they are a pleasure to do business with. I recommend them for your mortgage needs.

  I cannot say enough great things about Misty and her team at FirstBank Mortgage! This was not our first buying experience but this was by far the best experience I have had with a mortgage company. She was right there for all the many questions I had. She helped us explore options to sell or rent our home. We felt like we were cared for like friends and family and we got a great interest rate! You will definitely be doing yourself a huge favor to go with Misty for all your Mortgage needs!

  This is my second mortgage with the Adam Hammond team and FirstBank. The first time was great, this time was even better! The process was easy and it flowed... Everyone did a great job and it was a pleasure! Communication was thorough and easy and all tasks get completed on time! Zero issues! And, everyone is nice and respectful! The Adam Hammond Team is THE BEST!

  I had the best experience working with Haley going through my whole process of owning my first home. She hands down the best at what she does. She gets the job done and is very understanding with an awesome personality. I highly recommend her and the team of Firstbank for all your financial needs!

  The Adam Hammond Team is the best in the mortgage business. Adam has done an incredible job in training his staff in what is truly exemplary customer service. The entire team is the best. I have done multiple loans with this group and each time they are second to none.

  I would like to thank Betty Kitchens in the handling and processing of our new home mortgage. This is the third home mortgage Betty has worked for us to include one in FL.As always her personal touch and approach to the process relieves the normal stress associated with buying your new home.   I recently did a Home Loan with this Bannk, and I suspected it was a bad deal after a couple weeks, and then after 3 weeks I knew it was a bad deal. Not only did the Rep befriend me and then not honor a personal promise that she recommended, I am BESEIGED with mail to purchase mortgage insurance. I have been in the house for less than a week and I have received 12 pieces of mail - ALL about purchasing insurance - AND the latest one says FINAL NOTICE OF PAYMENT on the outside of the envelope, like I owed them money. I have over 800 credit and I paid over about 1%for a decent interest rate that I could have gotten elsewhere at no cost. All I can say is Don't Do It... they are not worth it.!!!

  Adam and his team did an amazing job at guiding us through the process of securing a loan to buy our dream home. His staff was on point, concise and offered addition support if needed. Often times I received direction and support well after normal business hours. Hats of to Adam and his team for excellent customer service...and I'm no push over when it comes to someone supporting their customer.

  Teresa and team, It is with pleasure that I write on behalf of my experience with First Bank I couldn't put all I had to say in the survey. Teresa Milchuck you and your team has been absolutely amazing. Throughout the entire process, I have been supported systemically. During my initial application process, all issues were discussed and next steps were explained so that I would be able to be in the position financially and credit wise to purchase my new family home. From the very beginning, I was supported. The leadership team would consistently make this statement, “Mr.Henson let me work this on my end everything is going to ok". I was very confident that those who were handling my account were both professional and encouraging. After the initial process, my file was passed on to Mrs. Norionna Cox. Norionna, was very easy to work with and made me feel as if my concerns were her concerns. She spoke to my wife and consistently cleared up any misunderstandings and assisted in guiding us through the purchase process. I believe that Mrs. Cox is a person of great integrity and when offered to go to another lender, our family and I stayed with First Bank, because of the customer loyalty presented by each leader. My wife was very loyal to Mrs. Cox. She extended her services beyond just her job description. I also want to thank Ginger Schrimsher. She ensured that all documentation and final steps were completed with proficiency and helped in making my 25th anniversary goal come to life. My family and I are very grateful to each of you.
