      I usually don't write reviews but had to do it for this branch. I needed help with my closed business account. I called 1800 number and stopped by other Regions branches trying to get help. Noone seemed to care. When I stopped by this particular branch Nicita, client advocate, went above and beyond trying to help me. She was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Jennifer, branch manager, was wonderful too. I could see that she is a great manager who cares not only for clients but her employees. She built a fantastic team who work together. I would highly recommend this Regions bank branch!

      All workers welcome You!!! All workers are nice and caring and patient with a smile. Wanting to help you with anything you need, withdrawals or putting money in, help you with a checking account, savings account and credit cards. They always say, "bye and come again"! If you need to wait to be helped on, they have coffee or water for you.

      They think it’s okay to hold an account holders pay check 7 days during Covid. Terrible customer service. Won’t answer any questions with real answers as to why. Just keep beating around the bush.
