  This conventional mortgage was a very non stressful experience thanks to Chasity and her team. This group of magnificent people was able to answer all my questions and address my concerns quickly and in a way that I could understand. I am very pleased with the communication I received through this entire process and would highly recommend FirstBank. Chasity even came to my closing and that truly made me feel important and like I was important and not just another number.

  My husband Mike and I love this bank & all of their employees! You will not walk through the doors without being greeted with a warm smile and a Hi, Hello! You will always feel welcome and wanted as a customer. The sweet ladies working the drive through are so nice and they get you through the line quickly because they know your time is very important. They truly have the “We are here to serve you” attitude and they truly care about their customers! Everyone here will go above and beyond to meet your needs and expectations! They also get to know their customers and can call most of them by name! If your looking for a great bank that can meet all your financial needs while making you feel at home and that you are important to them, then this is where you need to be and this is the bank for you!   This was a smooth transaction from pre-approval to the closing table! Chasity and her team made everything as easy as possible for us and were quick to help with any questions we had. This is by far the easiest transaction I have ever been involved in and it's all due to Chasity and her amazing team! We couldn't have asked for a more personable lender to help us move back to Cookeville!

  If I could give 1 million stars I would, Chasity Howard has went above and beyond for my husband and I during the selling and purchasing of our new home. She has made this experience for us so much easier with her constant communication, even after hours if needed. Whoever does the hiring at this bank, has really outdone themselves choosing top notch people. I could never thank Chasity enough for going above and beyond for us.   Chasity was absolutely amazing to work with going through the home loan process, being very helpful and friendly anytime we interacted. She regularly provided updates regarding where we were in the process, keeping us on track to close on time. Any time we had questions, she was ready to answer them very quickly. Our treatment with First Bank has been better than any other interaction we have had with other banking professionals. Chasity has gone above and beyond! I will recommend her to anyone!
