  Seagrave Mortgage was fabulous to work with!!! I sold my home in IL and moved to Cookeville. My loan officer went the extra mile to help me, answered all of my questions about the mortgage & getting around my new community! She kept me updated and was able to get replacements of needed items that I had packed away for moving. I highly recommend Seagrave Mortgage!

  I have had two refinances on two homes with Seagrave Mortgage company the last 8 months. Tommy Madewell was my financial consultant. My experience with Seagrave Mortgage was extremely pleasant and professional. I got everything I ask for and more. MR. Madewell kept me updated and informed throughout both processes.   We were referred to Seagrave Mtg. by some friends who had used them. Sadly, our experience was a complete disaster. We had to constantly ask for updates about our loan and calls were never returned. Only after demanding to speak to someone, did we get to talk to our loan officer. We told our loan officer we wanted a 30 yr. She had locked in our rate at a 15 year but said it would be easily changed. After so much back and forth, we found out she had never changed it to a 30 yr and we would have shown up on closing day to the 15 yr. That was after we had sent an email just to double check she had changed it. We waited and waited for an appraisal and were never contacted. Our loan officer admitted she dropped the ball. We were VERY patient and tried to understand that it's a busy and crazy time. Our original interest rate, that we were told was locked in, was said to have expired because our loan officer had not followed up. We had to essentially pay more money to get our original rate because we didnt have the time and energy to switch companies after going through the process so long. It took over 70 days to close our loan, and I feel it's only because we pushed and pushed. She asked the same questions over and over that we had answered many times, said she never received documents that we had sent in within 24 hrs of her asking, and said many times she would return our calls and never did. This was our first home buying experience, and it turned out to be such a stressful ordeal. We did contact the owner to give her a chance to rectify the situation. She seemed upset over it, but we never heard anything else from them. We never got an apology or any attempts to rectify the situation. We have all of the emails to prove what we said, what was wanted, and what was exactly done. I would not recommend this company to anyone, unfortunately.

  I had some unusual challenges with getting a home loan but Patty Seagrave was able to guide me through the whole process. Even though she has a busy office I could send her an email with a question and she would always get right back to me. I really appreciated the amount of time and effort she put into making my mortgage happen. Since getting my mortgage through Patty I have talked to other people who have had similar positive experiences. I would highly recommend talking to Patty if you are in the market for a mortgage even if other mortgage lenders have turned you down.

  Cody Richards was an Absolute dream to work with in securing our mortgage. From the very beginning everything that she told us was accurate and precise. The best thing about our experience was the communication.... she always texted and called us without delay and the fastest closing we have ever done in our 46 years of buying homes..... 3 weeks!!!!!
