  I can't say enough how amazing the staff (Cookeville) has been for different services--from setting up accounts to advice. If you're looking for a bank that knows your name and remembers your past interactions--in addition to a selection of different account options and competitive interest rates (all things considered in this low-interest savings account environment)--please consider this bank! I am genuinely happy with this choice--given the shift toward online, low-interaction models, the value in old fashioned relationships has been lost...at First Freedom Bank, you really understand why the relationship and familiar faces are so important! (I risk sounding over-promotional in this review, but I feel very strongly about this branch and staff!)

  First Freedom in Cookeville always has the best customer service. The employees always have smiling faces and they are more than willing to help with any questions or concerns you may have! Would highly recommend banking with them.

  Cookeville location is awesome! Top notch customer service , (Especially the drive thru) and every employee, always willing to help out with any banking need you may have! Would definitely recommend this bank!!

  Great service and kind folks! Going through the drive thru with my Aunt last week, there was this especially patient and helpful young lady. I think her name was Kyleigh. Love to see such helpfulness!

  Wonderful and efficient service. Shout out to the friendly staff ( Keighly Heady) at the drive through window. It’s so nice when you experience excellent customer service which is so rare these days.
