      My wife and I have been with this bank for many years. We have our businesses and most of our personal accounts there. By far the best decision to stick with first western.       This is the worst business I have ever dealt with. Secret charges, rude service and active obstruction of my information and status. Not limited to one employee or even one department! In their defense, they will quickly refund you every time you catch them and will leave you alone when you're finally able to switch to a legitimate bank.

      I think it is completely inappropriate for a bank to have religious messages on their marquee. You are not a religious organization. You are alienating customers (and potential customers) that have different beliefs than you do. The people who run this business are obviously ignorant and bigoted.
